TUI Service Guide - Summer 2020

How you will make an impact
There are many ways for you to get involved:
- Full responsibility for 1-12 hotels providing helpful service for international guests
- Working varied hours particularly at the start of season
- Presenting an inspiring TUI Welcome to large or small groups and 121 selling
- Using apps on your TUI iPad to check info, log complaints and promote excursions and extras
- Handling complaints, calming down and resolving escalating situations on the spot
- Collecting, accounting for and safeguarding of company monies
- You may guide excursions, escort airport transfers and/or work at the airport
- If placed in a concept hotel you may also be expected to join family activities and be on stage
What you will bring
There is more than one way to the perfect fit – here are some of the ideal things:
- A genuinely helpful person with the ability to provide great service
- Initiative and confidence to solve problems on the spot
- Strong 121 and group presentation communication skills
- Staying power, perseverance and flexibility
- Quick to learn technology, apps and social media
- Experience of working with people in a service or a sales environment advantageous
- Fluent Danish and good level of English - additional languages & driving licence advantageous
